I had to walk home from work that day. From Millar Avenue to McKercher drive, and I didn't even start crying until I saw that Tim Hortons was closed. |

No really, I'm not being sarcastic, that IS a terrible moment in history when our main man is down for the count...
I hope you were ok! No fingers or toes falling off. I didn't go out that day but it was certainly scary hearing my chimney fall off.
Nice picture though, ha ha; a good shot from a horrible circumstance.
Truth be told, I thought that was a great day for our city. Everybody now has a story, we all saw the best in our neighbors, and with a few tragic exceptions, everybody was really smart and stayed safe.
And yeah, hardly any tragedy!
